
The Waynesville Division is the HQ for all Bales Construction Company operations. Typical area of coverage includes Pulaski County, as well as surounding counties, but has the ability to extend its coverage boundaries when required.

Joined Bales Construction full time in 1961 and became president & CEO of the company upon his father Les’s retirement in 1976.

Dick came into Bales Construction in 1971 after his military service. He became co-owner with his brother Jim in 1976.

Brandon, son of Richard, has been with the company ten years, including eight in the field and two in the home office. He is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Waynesville Division. |

Office Manager
June is in charge of job cost tracking and payable for all four divisions and has been with Bales for fifteen years.

Jerrod Spencer
Assistant Project Manager
Jerrod has over twelve years experience in the construction field. He was a job superintendent for six years before becoming a project manager. He came on board to the Bales team as a project manager in April 2009.

Along with estimating Chase assists Brandon in the day to day operation of the Waynesville division.

The Government Division was created in 2006 to tap a market that until that time had gone mostly untouched. Located within the HQ office in Waynesville, the primary area of concentration for the Government Division is Fort Leonard Wood.

Glen joined the management team of Bales in 2006 after an extensive career working on government projects. Glen manages all government projectsand has over 38 years of government experience. |

The Springfield Division was established in 1999 out of a desire to better serve our clients in SW Missouri. Bales moved to our current location at 2601 N. LeCompte in 2002. The Springfield Divisions area of coverage is generally from Lebanon south and east to west as far as opportunity presents itself.

Division Manager
Tracey serves as Division Manager for Bales Springfield division. Tracey joined Bales in 1999 bringing over 20 years experience in residential and commercial construction.

Project Manager
Tina is a Project Manager that joined Bales in April of 2007 after working for the State of Missouri for 13 years as a Construction Administrator/Inspector.

Linda joined Bales in 2007. Linda is assigned to the Springfield office and is responsible for project administration. |

The Rolla Division was formed in 2009 to service the growing Rolla area as well as the area to the North and East.

Mike Bennish
Rolla Division Manager
Mike has 17 years experience in the construction field startting out in 1993 after getting his degree in Engineering Management as a project manager for the Texas Department of Transportation then working his way from Project Manager to Vice President of a large construction company. Mike came to work for Bales in 2009 as the Division Manager as the Rolla, MO office.

Steve Green
Superintendent
Steve has 20 years in the construction field working his way up to being superintendent over several large commercial projects. Steve came on board when Bales opened the ROlla office and brings his knowledge and experience of working in the Rolla market.
